The Works

This corridor modernization concept transforms a simple connector into an immersive extension of the museum experience. Developed in collaboration with Project Architecture Ltd. and The Works, the design introduces a transparent glass façade, a light-filled double-height interior, and a sculptural stair paired with an integrated slide—turning vertical circulation into a moment of play and discovery. Clean contemporary detailing contrasts the existing structure, while alternate rustic-inspired options were also explored, demonstrating how material language can shift the atmosphere without changing the function.
